Rental Terms and Agreements

1. Food, refreshments and drinks must remain in the basement or main floor fellowship room.
2. Renter is responsible for setting up before the event and cleaning up after the event. Custodial services can be provided for an additional fee.
3. Renter will leave facility as they found it and will be billed for damages to any church property.
4. Custodian and/or audio-visual services will be provided for a fee.
5. Removal of church property (chairs & tables etc.) is permitted only with permission from B&G rental committee member.
6. No alcohol or smoking permitted.
7. Saturday Rentals – The building must be vacated by 4 pm.
8. Candles are permitted as long as they are securely supported in either a candlestick or candelabra and are well separated from any combustible material. A protective covering must be placed on the carpet beneath the candles. No candles are permitted under the balcony. Candles may be used on a table if secure and flame is protected. No other use of candles is permitted.
9. No rice or confetti throwing is permitted anywhere inside or outside the facility.
10. Decorations requiring tacks, nails, glue, or tape that will damage property are not permitted.
